WIDE BAY WANDERERS CAMPING WEEKEND   Wide Bay Wanderers (a mobile home club from between Bundaberg and Gympie) stayed at Gundiah for a few days during July 2007, some travellers joining up with them from as far away as Tasmania. There were over 20 mobile homes and over 40 people. They enjoyed a bbq with the locals at Gundiah Community Place, on Saturday 14th July with pumpkin soup, bbq steak and sausages with salad, followed by pudding, custard and icecream and hot coffee.
